What to write to us about

• A mistake. A wrong spec, a dead manufacturer link or an unclear statement. Please include the page address and, if possible, a link to the manufacturer source. Our process is described under corrections.
• A manufacturer update. A new model, a changed filter or a revised manual.
• A general question about the site or how it is funded.

What we cannot help with

We are pet owners, not veterinarians, so we cannot answer health questions about your pet. For those, please contact your own vet. We also do not sell products and cannot help with orders, returns or warranty claims. For those, contact the manufacturer or Amazon.
