Oneisall has six fountains in our database: two cordless cat models (PW13 2.2 L, PW14 3.2 L), a 3.5 L corded and a 3.5 L cordless model (PW03, PW04), and two large fountains of 7 L and 10 L aimed at dogs. All use a submersible pump, and Oneisall states a 2-year warranty on its site.

How is the Oneisall line-up organized?

Oneisall's fountains fall into two sets. The small set is aimed at cats and runs from 2.2 L to 3.5 L: the PW13 (2.2 L, plastic) and PW14 (3.2 L, stainless) cordless models with a 4000 mAh battery and a claimed 20 dB, and the PW03 (corded) and PW04 (cordless, 5000 mAh) at 3.5 L. The large set is the 7 L PWF-002 and the 10 L PW07, which the maker positions for dogs and lists for cats too. All six have a submersible pump and a carbon filter, and all but the PW13 have a stainless steel tray or bowl.

Which Oneisall model suits which home?

  • A dog, or several pets: the 7 L and 10 L models are the big-water options in our database. The maker claims 35 dB for both, higher than the small models, and both are mains-powered.
  • A cat and no outlet nearby: PW13, PW14 and PW04 have batteries. The PW04 has sensor, intermittent and constant modes, with a filter reminder light.
  • A cat in a quiet room: the PW13 and PW14 carry the lowest noise claim in the brand, 20 dB per the maker.
  • Corded and simple: the PW03 has no battery and takes a standard adapter, and its stainless bowl is dishwasher safe per the manual.

Filters and pumps

Each size has its own carbon filter and, for four of the six models, its own replacement pump. The manuals say to change the filter every 15 days, while some product pages give 2 to 4 weeks; we record two weeks. See the Oneisall filters page for part codes, and the pump page for how pumps differ across brands.

Common Oneisall problems

Our Oneisall records come from the manuals. They cover weak or no spray from the large models when the water is below the minimum line or the pump is dirty, a pump clogged with debris and making noise, a red low-water light, a leak from a dry filter fitted without soaking, and a cordless model whose charging light stays off. Steps and sources are listed in the section below the model table, and each symptom also has its own page in the troubleshooting section. A pump that keeps getting louder after cleaning is the cue to replace it.

Known Oneisall issues

Water below the minimum line or a dirty pump

  1. Look at the water level and top it up above the MIN mark.
  2. If the level is fine, unplug the unit and clean the pump with warm water and a small brush.
  3. Reassemble and power on again.

Debris clogging the pump raises noise and cuts output

  1. Unplug the fountain and remove the pump from its holder.
  2. Open the pump, take out the impeller and clean all parts with a small brush under warm water.
  3. Wipe the parts dry, rebuild the pump and put it back.

When to replace a part: Noise returns right after cleaning; Oneisall says a fountain pump normally lasts around 1.5 to 2 years.

Water has reached the minimum level

  1. Unplug the unit and pour in fresh water up to the MAX line.
  2. Plug it back in and check that the light is blue again.
  3. Keep the level between MIN and MAX; the pump shuts off on its own at the minimum.

Filter fitted dry, so water spills over the filter case

  1. Soak the filter in a separate bowl of clean water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Do not soak it inside the fountain tank.
  3. Place it in the filter box with the flat side up and refit the cover.

Charging indicator stays off after plugging in the Type-C cable

  1. Check that the adapter is pushed fully into the wall outlet.
  2. Make sure the Type-C cable is seated firmly in the motor module port.
  3. Keep the module dry and use the supplied 5V 1A adapter.
