How do the line-ups differ?
PETLIBRO's five models are narrow in size and varied in design: two original Dockstream models, two Dockstream 2 models and a plain stainless steel fountain. Oneisall's six are a size ladder, with two cat fountains under 3.5 L, a corded and a cordless 3.5 L model, and the 7 L and 10 L fountains at the top. If you want a big-water fountain, only the Oneisall side offers it.
What do the specs say about noise and power?
The claimed noise runs 23 to 30 dB for PETLIBRO and 20 to 35 dB for Oneisall, where the low end belongs to Oneisall's PW13 and PW14 and the high end to its two large dog fountains. Both brands have cordless models, with PETLIBRO stating 5000 to 5200 mAh and Oneisall 4000 to 5000 mAh. Note that the battery cell counts only the models that state a figure, as it says in brackets.
What about filters and known issues?
Both brands give a two-week filter interval, but the manuals for several Oneisall fountains say 15 days, which we record as two weeks. Oneisall's problems come from its manuals: low water, debris in the pump, a red light, a dry filter that overflows, and a charging light that stays off. PETLIBRO's list is longer and centered on the Dockstream 2. Neither list is a failure rate.
Known problems for each side
PETLIBRO
- Low-water light stays on: Water sensor needs calibrating (low-water alert with a full tank, or flow that stops and starts) Source (faq): Source
- Fountain not working at all: Power problem, switch off or a dirty rotor shaft Source (faq): Source
- Leaking or water on the floor: Leak from the tank, a clogged filter or spout, or drips from the pet Source (faq): Source
- Noisy or buzzing pump: Dirty rotor shaft, low water, clogged filter tray or an unlevel base Source (faq): Source
- Weak flow or no bubbling: Clogged filter, debris build-up or dirty pump Source (faq): Source
- Slime, pink film or dirty water: Rust spots on the stainless steel tray from food salt, grease and moisture Source (faq): Source

Oneisall
- Weak flow or no bubbling: Water below the minimum line or a dirty pump Source (manual): Source
- Noisy or buzzing pump: Debris clogging the pump raises noise and cuts output Source (manual): Source
- Low-water light stays on: Water has reached the minimum level Source (manual): Source
- Leaking or water on the floor: Filter fitted dry, so water spills over the filter case Source (manual): Source
- Fountain not working at all: Charging indicator stays off after plugging in the Type-C cable Source (manual): Source
Which one should you choose?
Choose PETLIBRO if…
- You want an app. Three of the five PETLIBRO models are app-connected, and our Oneisall records show none.
- A wireless pump matters to you. Four of PETLIBRO's five models use one, against a submersible pump on every Oneisall model.
- You want the manufacturer to give a plain two-week filter interval and a single filter family, PL-FF005 and PL-FF003.
- You keep cats, or cats and a small dog, and 3 L is plenty.
Choose Oneisall if…
- You have a large dog. The 7 L and 10 L Oneisall fountains are the largest in this comparison and are listed for dogs and cats.
- You want the lowest noise claim: Oneisall states 20 dB for the PW13 and PW14, against 23 dB at best from PETLIBRO.
- You want a cordless cat fountain with a 4000 mAh battery, or a 3.5 L one with 5000 mAh. Three Oneisall models are cordless.
- You accept more complex filter shopping. Oneisall uses a different carbon filter code for most sizes, so check the model code before reordering.
